Position Summary

We are seeking a well-rounded Slate Consultant with experience across Student Success, Advancement, and Admissions to join our growing team. The Slate Consultant will lead engagements across a portfolio of client accounts, focusing on Slate implementations, ongoing support, and capacity extension. Leveraging strong product knowledge and hands-on Slate experience, you will help clients develop best-practice configurations, troubleshoot challenges, and develop effective strategies for solving complex business process needs.

Our approach is highly collaborative and focused on empowering clients. Required Qualifications

• Highly organized with an aptitude for working in a constantly changing environment and adapting changing priorities. • Demonstrated project management experience. You are able to move projects forward even when time is limited and opinions differ.

• Accountable with strong attention to detail. Ability to balance working independently with the proper judgement to decide when to update stakeholders or escalate a problem.

• Experience with and/or belief in the importance of customer service as a foundational aspect of business success. You enjoy going the extra mile to make things right and people happy.

• Possess a client-centric attitude to listen with empathy and the ability to explain both technical and non-technical concepts and issues
