Axiom Integration Specialist

Overview 

An Axiom Integration Specialist is primarily responsible for implementing data integrations for higher education institutions. This position includes a wide range of skills, including gathering business requirements, implementing those requirements, and providing training to the end users of the Axiom product. 

Responsibilities 

- Develop end-to-end data integration solutions using current tools and software. 

- Work closely with Success Managers on customer-specific initiatives that involve data translation or integration development. 

- Work independently to coordinate and solve technical data integration and transformation issues. 

- Follow the Axiom project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions. 

- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned integrations. 

- Communicate with customers to clarify data format requirements. 

- Attend any required integration-specific and company meetings. 

Qualifications 

- Experience using data integration/ETL tools. 

- Experience in the following areas required: 

  • Performing business     requirements discovery sessions with customers. 
  • Ability to translate business     requirements to other technical resources for implementation. 
  • Providing excellent customer     service through strong communication skills. 
  • Ability to organize tasks     across multiple projects to ensure deliverables are on schedule. 

- Experience in the following is preferred: 

  • Higher education student     information systems. 
  • CRM software. 

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
